No artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. – To make a smoothie: Blend 1 banana, 1 1/4 cups milk, 1 1/4 cups ice cubes. – To make a 16 oz Frappe: Add 5 oz of water or milk, 2 scoops (80g) of Smoothie Mix, and 14 oz of ice to blender.
