Our egg clear powder serves as an alternative to conventional protein and is obtained from the egg white of chicken eggs without any additives. The production of the egg clear powder, also known as dry protein, takes place gently in the spray drying process.
Depending on the area of application. To approx. two to three egg whites, simply stir 10 g egg clear powder with 70 g lukewarm water. Mix directly with the other ingredients as a baking ingredient. After stirring with water, the egg clear powder must be used like raw egg and consumed quickly.
