Dough proofing cloth, ideal for covering dough during fermentation and cooking. It does not stick to the dough and protects the dough from excessive scalding. For better bread and rolls with a great crust.

Elaborately hemmed linen cloth – the linen has been lovingly hemmed on all 4 sides.

100% linen, produced in France, woven and sewn in Poland. Undyed, natural and untreated. Washable at 40°C.
