The Bayou Classic 10 qt (2.5 gal) aluminum deep fryer pot includes a deep fryer basket (lid not included). This deep fryer pot is for those who will be mostly frying with the pot and do not need the lid. The Bayou Classic 10 qt aluminum deep fryer pot makes a great deep fryer for frying chicken or fish. You can fry about 6 to 8 fish fillets at once, depending on the size of the fish. This pot is ideal size for using on the stovetop or on an outdoor propane burner.
