Bitter Gourd is a green-skinned vegetable with white to translucent flesh. A special synergy of bitters as it can also be called bitter melon, bitter squash, bitter cucumber, balsam-pear or bitter apple.

– We recommend that adults should start with up to a 1 teaspoon (approx. 3.5 g) of powder mixed with lukewarm water or add some sparkle to your smoothies, soups, stews, juices, or other foods. Store this is in a cool & dry place, preferably in an airtight container.
