Intelligent ring system: first make sure the stopper is unlocked. To remove the lock, put your finger through the bottom hole of the lock and push it out to the left. Once you get stuck here, you can grab the bottom tabs on the side and pull them out, then hold the lock and pull it up. Secondly, open the jump rings, press the plastic button on the top. Thirdly, after replacing papers, press the rings together, the folder will be closed.
