Offset Thumbturn Latch: Look on the back of the inside handle where the thumb latch passes through. If lower latch slot is where your thumb latch passes through, you have an offset latch. This is exactly what you’re looking for.

Non-Handed Installation: Heavy duty 8-1/2 inch long x 1 inch wide mounting plates with 3-15/16 inch mounting hole centers will conceal existing screw holes on your doors.
